Our barrel aged gin is back with the release of our second batch. This gin is made in collaboration with Whipper Snapper Distillery using one of their ex-Jetpack barrels and aging our Orange Gin for several months.
The result is a smooth gin where the sweetness and acidity of the orange combine nicely with the barrels' classic oak, caramel and unique coffee characteristics.
